The location is right next to the airport, I mean, I went from my bed to security in like 15 mins. Then there's the staff, super friendly and helpful, made check-in a breeze and the room was clean and cozy.

this hotel is unbelievably close to city airport, only 300 meters away. i expected a shabby room, but the double room was decent. the service at the onsite spa for massages was a lovely touch. also, taking the DLR railway from the airport to explore nearby places like greenwich was super convenient.

i had a lovely stay at this cute hotel. the double room was just right for a solo traveler like me. during an incredibly hot weekend, the air conditioning was a lifesaver! even being close to city airport, noise was minimal—just a soft hum from the tube line. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. i heard breakfast smelled amazing, and the bar area looked cozy, but i was unable to visit due to health reasons. overall, i enjoyed my weekend here.
